How far in advance should I reserve my rental?

We recommend reserving your items as soon as you are committed to your event date. Stock is limited.

We request final payment 7 days prior to your event, so please try to book at least one week in advance.

We typically set our delivery schedule 3 days before drop off, especially for the weekend. However, we try to be as flexible as possible, so contact us any time and we will do our best to accommodate you. We often can!

Do You Require A Deposit?

All booking require a refundable $100 security deposit. If your order is last minute (placed the same-week as your event) we will take full-payment at the time of the rental. 

Your security deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of all rental items being returned on time, and in good condition. Any damages or breakages will be taken from your security deposit, with anything in excess of your deposit, being invoiced to you. Any retention of your security deposit will be discussed with you. This is not something we enjoy doing, but cannot bear the costs of replacing or repairing items.

Please note that a booking is not secure until a deposit (or full payment for smaller orders) is paid.

When Is Payment Due?

Payment is required 7 days before your event (unless otherwise negotiated)

We may apply an additional cleaning fee if the item is returned in poor or damaged condition.

We accept Credit Cards and Paypal (including pay in 4).

Can I Keep Rental Items Overnight?

Our standard rental period is 1 day ( pick up from 10.30am, return by 10am the following day). Local free delivery is available and you will be notified of delivery times 3 days prior to your event.

Sometimes, for our schedule, we will require the equipment to be delivered the night before. In such case, no additional fee will be required.

What If There Is Inclement Weather On My Rental Day?

We understand that weather plays a big part in your plans for outdoor events. We monitor weather closely throughout our season and will contact you if we need to adjust our delivery schedule.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellation Fees:
  • If notice of cancellation of booking is received:
  1. Less than 1 week prior to the booking date – 50% of invoice total
  2. Less than 24 hours prior to the booking date – 75% of invoice total
  3. Day of booking – 100% of invoice total
